NEET PG 2026-27 Seat Matrix released by the National Medical Commission shows Karnataka with the highest number of postgraduate medical seats in the latest counselling data. The matrix lists 63,177 PG medical seats nationwide, with Karnataka accounting for 8,323 seats, followed by Maharashtra with 6,992 and Tamil Nadu with 6,306.
