IIM Bangalore Emerging Leaders Programme has been launched through IIMBx, the digital learning arm of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. The eight-month blended programme is designed for professionals transitioning from individual contributor or functional roles into management and leadership positions.The inaugural cohort begins on September 30, 2026. Applicants must be graduates with at least 50% marks in any discipline and have five to eight years of work experience. The curriculum covers five areas: leadership, financial acumen, customer value, strategic thinking and innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Ten faculty-led courses include people management, communication, finance, marketing, strategy, innovation, decision sciences, AI and digital strategy. The programme combines live online learning with three campus immersion modules at IIM Bangalore. Participants will also undertake a faculty-guided Action Learning Project based on a workplace challenge and take part in a live business simulation. Participants completing the programme receive an IIMBx certificate and Affiliate Alumni Status from IIM Bangalore.
