CBSE Board Exams 2027: Schools Told to Check Student Data

CBSE Board Exams 2027 student details verification by schools

CBSE Board Exams 2027 preparations are moving ahead, with the Central Board of Secondary Education asking affiliated schools to ensure that student information is accurate before registration and List of Candidates (LOC) submission. Schools have been directed to carefully check students’ names, dates of birth, gender, category and parents’ or guardians’ names as recorded in admission registers. Subject choices must also match each student’s approved scheme of studies. The CBSE has also asked schools to submit photographs and signatures in the required format. The advisory follows repeated errors in previous examination cycles, including incorrect subject codes, inaccurate personal details and delayed or missing LOC submissions. The Board said such mistakes can create difficulties for students and affect examination timelines. Schools have therefore been advised to keep all the records ready and submit accurate information within the prescribed schedule. CBSE has not yet announced the exact opening date for the process.
