Google DigiPivot 2026 has opened applications for a free, fully funded upskilling programme aimed at recent graduates and early-career professionals in India. The four-month virtual programme will select 2,000 participants and introduce AI skills as a core part of the curriculum. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and can have up to five years of full-time work experience. The programme will cover AI foundations, digital marketing and e-commerce, along with leadership and career readiness. Participants will receive training through Google’s AI Professional Certificate and Digital Marketing and E-commerce Professional Certificate, along with sessions on communication, leadership, stakeholder management, resume building and interview preparation. The programme is being delivered with IIM Calcutta as the academic partner and Accenture LearnVantage as the implementation partner. Applications are open until September 22, 2026. The initiative also aims to expand access to talent from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
