Karnataka UGNEET 2026 Round 2 has added 150 medical seats, giving NEET-UG candidates more opportunities during the second round of Karnataka medical counselling. The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has opened the option-entry window from September 7 to September 9, 2026. Candidates can submit or modify their choices until 2 PM on September 9. The additional seats include 100 seats at Government Medical College, Bagalkot, while another 50 seats have been added at Farooqia Medical College. Since the Bagalkot college is new, candidates can enter fresh options for it. Candidates who selected Choice 2 or Choice 3 in Round 1, those who did not receive a seat, and eligible UGCET candidates with medical or dental options can participate in Round 2. KEA has advised candidates to review their preferences carefully and save their final choices before the deadline. Seat allotment will follow the option-entry process.
