GATE 2027 Registration will begin on August 27, 2026, after IIT Madras revised the application schedule for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Candidates can apply through the official GATE 2027 website, with regular registration scheduled to close on August 27 and applications with a late fee accepted until September 21, 2026. GATE 2027 will introduce a new Robotics and Automation paper and includes syllabus revisions in several disciplines. Indian candidates will also be required to apply through DigiLocker.
