Deepika Scholarship 2026 will provide financial support to eligible girl students from Karnataka who continue their education after Class 12. Under the scheme, selected students will receive ₹30,000 per year until completion of their degree course. For the 2026–27 academic year, the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board has provided details of 51,399 girls who passed Classes 10 and 12 in government institutions. Students pursuing general degrees, professional degrees or post-PU diploma courses are eligible, provided they meet the scheme requirements.The scholarship can be used towards tuition fees and other educational expenses. The scheme has two components: the Azim Premji Foundation will provide 37,000 scholarships annually, while the Karnataka government will extend the same ₹30,000 benefit to eligible applicants beyond that number. Fresh applications for the first round are open from August 10 to August 31, 2026. Renewal applications can be submitted from September 15 to October 30, while another fresh application window is scheduled for January 10 to 31, 2027.
