Manoj Pal MPPSC Success Story is inspiring aspirants after his selection as Assistant Director (Finance) through the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission State Service Examination 2024. A resident of Khapariya village in Madhya Pradesh’s Narmadapuram district, Pal spent around 12 years preparing for competitive examinations and appeared in nearly 40 exams before achieving success. He scored about 50% in Class 12 and faced financial difficulties while pursuing higher education and exam preparation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked as a labourer and later supported himself by tutoring students and working at a coaching centre. His MPPSC journey included nine attempts, clearing prelims nine times, mains eight times and reaching interviews seven times. His preparation focused on six to eight hours of daily study, mock tests, analysing mistakes and practising previous-year papers. He eventually secured selection in the State Services Examination 2024.
