NTA Strengthening meeting chaired by Education Minister Pralhad Joshi

NTA Strengthening was discussed at a high-level meeting chaired by Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi, with officials reviewing steps to improve institutional mechanisms, streamline examination processes and make the agency more responsive to students. NTA Strengthening is set to receive further attention as Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi held a meeting with senior Education Ministry officials on August 9 to discuss measures related to the National Testing Agency. The meeting focused on strengthening institutional mechanisms, streamlining examination processes and improving responsiveness to students. Joshi said the government’s focus is on building a robust, transparent and credible examination ecosystem that addresses students’ concerns. The latest discussion comes as the NTA continues implementing institutional and operational reforms. In May, the NTA announced measures including strengthening its senior leadership and hiring specialists for technology, finance and human resources. These steps are aimed at improving examination integrity, transparency and operational capacity.
