Alliance University Quantum AI School has inaugurated AU-QUASAR (Alliance University–Quantum AI School for Advanced Research) at its Electronics City campus in Bengaluru. The new interdisciplinary hub integrates quantum computing, artificial intelligence, robotics, cyber-physical systems, digital fabrication, and technology entrepreneurship under one roof. A key highlight is India’s first commercially accessible 8-qubit quantum computing experience centre, powered by the QVidya quantum computing system, providing students, researchers, startups, and industry professionals with hands-on access to quantum technology. The initiative aims to strengthen research, innovation, and industry collaboration while preparing students for careers in emerging technologies. Experts believe the facility will accelerate quantum education and position Bengaluru as a leading centre for next-generation computing and AI research.
