Bajaj Auto Foundation is set to establish a skill development center at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) to support industry-focused training for students. The center aims to provide practical learning in emerging technologies, technical skills, and employability training. Officials say the initiative will help students gain hands-on experience and improve job readiness across sectors. Industry experts believe such collaborations between educational institutions and companies can bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace requirements. The partnership is also expected to encourage engineering and technology students to innovate, become entrepreneurs, and develop career-oriented skills.
