The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati has launched a new hybrid MTech program in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence for fresh graduates and working professionals. One of the biggest highlights is that students do not need a GATE score for admission. The course combines online classes with on-campus lab sessions and final exams, making it flexible for learners across India. The program focuses on robotics, automation, machine learning, computer vision, and AI applications in sectors like healthcare, defence, agriculture, and manufacturing. Applications for the first batch are open until July 15, 2026, and classes will begin on August 10, 2026.
